一个系统能找到旧信息，不等于它理解了连续性。真正有价值的是同时保留信息来自哪里、与什么相关、当时为什么做出某个判断。
记忆是关系，不是仓库
单独保存一段内容很容易。困难的是保存它与项目、时间、来源和后续行动的关系。只有这些关系存在，旧信息才不会在新的阶段被误用。
连续性必须可以检查
系统调用过去信息时，应能说明来源和用途。使用者也应能修正、删除或限制它。连续性不是无限保存，而是在明确边界内保持可理解的上下文。

A system that can retrieve old information does not automatically understand continuity. What matters is preserving where information came from, what it relates to and why a decision was made.
Memory is a relationship, not a warehouse
Saving a piece of content is easy. The hard part is keeping its relationship to projects, time, sources and later actions. Without those relationships, old information can be misused in a new stage.
Continuity must be inspectable
When a system recalls past information, its source and purpose should be clear. People must be able to correct, remove or limit it. Continuity is not unlimited retention. It is understandable context within explicit boundaries.
