实验如何产生价值How experiments create value
实验室不使用虚构的项目数量或进度数字。每个实验只有清楚的问题、可观察结果和下一步判断。The lab does not use invented project counts or progress numbers. Each experiment has a clear question, observable result and next decision.
有效的实验会转入 WimChat、WimData 或公开笔记；无效的实验也会留下判断依据，避免重复踩坑。Useful experiments move into WimChat, WimData or public notes. Unsuccessful ones still keep the reasoning that prevents repeated mistakes.
